Ramirez Simon Engineering, LLC (RSE) has been doing business with St. Joseph Regional Health Center (SJRHC) since opening our company. In fact, our first project was with them to replace two Rooftop Units. RSE has most recently designed a new 24,000 sf Emergency/Trauma Center (ETC) for SJRHC in Bryan, Texas. The ETC was completed in March 2016. With this addition, SJRHC totals approximately 400,000 sf.

MEP Assessments - Medical Facilities
RSE staff has had a relationship with SJRHC since 2008, and performed an MEP assessment of this existing hospital facility in 2011. We provided a condition and capacity assessment for the following utilities:
• Chilled Water
• Steam & Condensate
• Heating Hot Water
• Air Handling Equipment
• Plumbing & Fire Protection
• Normal & Emergency Power
• Building Automation & Controls
