Striving for Excellence

Ramirez - Simon Engineering, LLC

Ramirez Simon Engineering (RSE) provides complete consulting and design services for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering for new construction and renovations projects. Our headquarters is in Houston, Texas with offices in College Station and Austin. We specialize in MEP & HVAC renovations, often for unique and challenging improvement projects, including laboratories and research facilities, health sciences, residence-life, central utilities and utilities distribution systems.

We focus on serving Higher Education, Primary-Secondary Education (pK-12), Healthcare, and Commercial Markets, and have performed over 400 projects in our first nine years - both new construction and renovation projects. RSE is known for working closely with our clients, and ultimately providing a successful project in the end, whether as the Primary Design Professional or a Sub-Consultant. Our team of seasoned professionals strives for excellence on every single project, to resolve any and every challenge successfully, and work to ensure that each client is ultimately satisfied at the end of the day.

The vast majority of our work is repeat business or referrals from satisfied clients, and we very much appreciate that vote of confidence from the people who know the quality of our work best. We are able to achieve our goal of client satisfaction because of the dedication, hard work, and commitment of our highly qualified staff, with an average of ~20 years of experience each in MEP engineering.
